UCF College of Nursing faculty member Dr. Dawn Turnage is part of an interdisciplinary team who was honored with one of this year’s innovation awards. Their winning project focused on communicating the importance of vaccinations to new parents.
The winning projects, which received $25,000, were chosen for being interdisciplinary, sustainable and community focused.
