Faculty
Two-time alumna and former McKnight Doctoral Fellow Michelle K. Tall is a lecturer at the UCF College of Nursing. Her nursing career spans more than three decades, and includes clinical experience in emergency and surgical care, and professional experience in medical sales and as an epilepsy consultant and advocate. Tall is the creator of a mobile app, Medilepsy, LLC®, an innovative self-management app for adolescents and young adults with epilepsy. Her research involves the creation and testing of novice digital interventions for adolescents and young adults with epilepsy, and their caregivers, which targets medication adherence and transition readiness skills. In addition to her faculty appointment, Tall is the Founder and CEO of The Epilepsy Leadership Foundation, Inc. and The American Epilepsy Nurses Association, Inc.
