Building for the Future
The Dr. Phillips Nursing Pavilion is UCF College of Nursing’s new, 90,000-square-foot home at the 50-acre, state-of-the-art UCF Academic Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona.
Anticipated to open in Fall 2025, the new building will make a positive impact on the future of nursing with:
- 2X the space to increase enrollment across nursing degree programs to address the critical nursing shortage
- 3X the state-of-the-art labs and simulation space to foster innovation and enhance nursing education
- Increased collaboration in education and research to impact patient care with an optimal location.
