Rosemary Notarantonio is an accomplished executive and healthcare leader with more than 30 years’ experience and has functioned at the “C Suite” level as CNO, COO, and CEO. She has served in key leadership positions at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, Tucson Medical Center, Palms West Hospital, Brentwood Meadows, and Haven Behavioral Hospital spanning both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Career highlights encompass new program development including Pediatric Oncology and Infusion Program, JCAHO Top Performer designation, process redesigns to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability, DHS recognition for improved organ donation rate, and numerous successful JCAHO and CAP surveys.

She earned a BSN from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science degree with a Nursing Administration focus from Barry University. Currently principal at Notarantonio & Associates, she provides interim executive leadership and project management for organizations throughout the country focusing on quality improvement initiatives, revenue enhancement, and expense reduction.
