Faculty

Monica Lino is an associate professor at the University of Central Florida College of Nursing. Lino has more than 20 years of experience with a strong background in nursing education, research methodology and innovative teaching strategies. Lino has focused her scholarly work and research on simulation-based education, immersive technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and the integration of emerging technologies, including holographic technologies, into nursing education and clinical practice. Lino has led and collaborated on funded research projects and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications. Her scholarship is strengthened by interdisciplinary and international collaborations aimed at advancing innovation in nursing education and healthcare.
