Faculty

Instructor Kelsey Hickson joined the UCF College of Nursing as an Adjunct Instructor in 2023 teaching clinical courses, and joined full time in 2024. Previous teaching experience includes four years of hospital-based education and her clinical experience includes orthopedics, medical-surgical, and travel nursing. She is board certified in Nursing Professional Development and Orthopedic Nursing. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing in Nursing Education from Florida Atlantic University. She is a graduate of the UCF/Valencia Concurrent ASN/BSN program, and also holds prior bachelor degrees from UCF in both music and Spanish.
