Faculty

After serving as a faculty member at UCF’s College of Nursing for 14 years, Diane R. Andrews retired as associate professor emerita. Andrews’ research focuses on healthy work environments, which support high quality patient outcomes and nurse satisfaction. Her studies used both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the transition experience of new graduate nurses, leadership practices, nurse experienced physical and psychological strain, and evidence-based practices.
