Among Whitney’s leadership areas of focus in her role are: renewing the CT&I narrative, its guiding principles and central tenets to direct its growth; building agility, flexibility, and nimbleness into operations to manage simultaneously multiple business lines and product development; and adopting innovation best practices to ensure CT&I is designing to innovation industry standards and beyond. Her professional strengths support her ability to embrace the challenge of learning something new or a less clear opportunity needing thought leadership.
