Megha Parikh is a postdoctoral scholar at the Healthy Aging Lab in UCF’s College of Nursing. Her research focuses on machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision with applications in the segmentation and recognition of handwritten conjuncts in the low-resource Gujarati language. She has also applied machine learning techniques to healthcare-related problems, including medical image analysis and clinical data modeling. Her long-term research goal is to develop socially relevant, interdisciplinary AI solutions for health-care research.
