Faculty
Leslee A. D’Amato-Kubiet is committed to the advancement of professional nursing education through technological innovations, and research in women’s health and end-of-life care. In addition to her academic appointments at the UCF College of Nursing, D’Amato-Kubiet practices as an advanced clinical provider in hospice and palliative care in northeast Florida. Her previous clinical experience as a nurse practitioner includes women’s health and disease management for indigent populations. A dedicated educator and mentor, D’Amato-Kubiet has served in various roles in undergraduate and graduate nursing education at the college since joining in 2006. In addition to her current academic appointments, she is the chairperson for honors undergraduate thesis projects and DNP projects.
