Kevin Dougherty has served as the COO at Addition Financial (formerly CFE Credit Union) since 2005. In his role, he has been managing growth at the credit union as it grew to over $1.6 billion in assets and as it has expanded from 10 to 22 branches. He has completed several professional development courses at The Wharton School of Business, Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
