Whitney Staub-Juergens is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for HCA’s Department of Care Transformation & Innovation (CT&I). Prior to this role, she served as Interim Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations, CT&I. In addition, she previously served as the HCA corporate Assistant Vice President of Care Delivery and Integration. Whitney also has experience as both a hospital-based nurse practitioner and executive nurse leader in various operations roles.

Whitney provides key clinical operations and integrative executive leadership for all CT&I related discovery, clinical design, and execution of work at Innovation Hubs and Departments. Among Whitney’s leadership areas of focus in her role are: renewing the CT&I narrative, its guiding principles and central tenets to direct its growth; building agility, flexibility, and nimbleness into operations to manage simultaneously multiple business lines and product development; and adopting innovation best practices to ensure CT&I is designing to innovation industry standards and beyond. Her professional strengths support her ability to embrace the challenge of learning something new or a less clear opportunity needing thought leadership.
