Megha Parikh is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Healthy Aging Lab in UCF’s College of Nursing. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Her research focuses on machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision with applications in the segmentation and recognition of handwritten conjuncts in the low-resource Gujarati language. She has also applied machine learning techniques to healthcare-related problems, including medical image analysis and clinical data modeling. Her long-term research goal is to develop socially relevant, interdisciplinary AI solutions for health-care research.
