Faculty

Jennie Wagner has led and taught RN to BSN and RN to MSN programs at East Carolina University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has actively served on several accreditation agencies. Currently, Wagner is a board member and secretary for the Lactation Education Accreditation and Approval Review Committee (LEAARC), an appointed member of the NLN CNEA Program Review Committee, and a Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) evaluator/volunteer representing UCF. She is a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) and an active member of Sigma Theta Tau. Wagner’s research and practice interests include lactation, human nutrition, NICU care, online education, educational outcomes, and minority college student completion.
