Dr. Nora Warshawsky teaches in the graduate nursing leadership and executive programs. Her expertise is grounded in her 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  Her research seeks to understand the influence of organizational context and job design on nurse manager practice. Warshawsky is a nationally recognized expert in evidence-based leadership practices and nursing leadership development. She has published and presented extensively to academic and practice audiences, and has earned elite recognition as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing for her contributions to nursing leadership.
