A UCF staffer is turning her quilting hobby into a new purpose – to help first responders in desperate need of masks.

UCF College of Nursing assistant professor and critical care expert Annette Bourgault points out that with hospital-grade medical masks in short supply, people should donate any extras to healthcare providers and homemade masks are better than none.
