Donna Felber Neff, PhD, RN, FNAP

Dr. Neff’s research focuses on analyses ‘Big Data’. This includes the examination of:

  1. Nurse workforce including the work environment, quality and safety issues,

  2. State regulatory impact on ARNP practice,

  3. Nurse outcomes, and

  4. Determinants of patient health outcomes.
