Nursing Prerequisite Courses

2009-2010 Undergraduate Catalog

Effective with the 2009-2010 undergraduate catalog, applicants for the Basic and Accelerated Second Degree BSN programs must:

  • Complete seven of the nine nursing prerequisites by the respective application deadline (Chemistry with lab, plus two additional courses from Group A and four courses from Group B).
  • Complete any remaining prerequisites before the respective program start date.

Please note: if you do not meet the minimum grade requirements noted above, you will need to retake the respective course until you meet the minimum grade requirement.

Walk-in advising sessions are available for prospective BSN students (basic & accelerated 2nd degree students): Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 12 noon, and on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1-4 p.m.

All other prospective students should call 407.823.2744 to schedule an appointment with a faculty advisor.
